The management and staff of Ideabox Worldwide and Inside Africa Network have joined family members, friends, colleagues and well-wishers across Nigeria and beyond to celebrate the Chief Executive Officer of the organisations, Mr. Adeolu Adeyemo, as he marks another year.
Adeyemo, a seasoned journalist, renowned Nollywood producer and creative entrepreneur, has over the years distinguished himself through his commitment to media development, the creative industry, capacity building and youth empowerment.
As the founder and driving force behind Ideabox Worldwide and Inside Africa Network, Adeyemo has continued to use the platforms to promote creativity, develop talents and create opportunities for young Nigerians seeking to build sustainable careers in the creative economy.
Through strategic partnerships with organisations, including KAFTAN TV and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), he has facilitated training and empowerment programmes for thousands of creatives across the country.
The initiatives, according to the organisations, are designed not only to equip participants with technical and professional skills but also to expose them to opportunities capable of enabling them to build sustainable livelihoods within Nigeria’s growing creative economy.
Adeyemo’s contribution also extends to storytelling and entertainment through the Root Podcast, which he convenes as a platform for engaging celebrities, public figures and other notable personalities.
The podcast provides an avenue for guests to share their experiences, career journeys, challenges and achievements, with the objective of inspiring younger Nigerians and providing them with useful lessons from the lives of accomplished individuals.
His interest in youth development has also seen him establish partnerships with polytechnics and universities to promote the integration of creative courses into academic curricula.
Through such collaborations, students are exposed to practical and industry-oriented knowledge designed to complement conventional academic education and prepare them for opportunities within the creative and entrepreneurial sectors.
The initiative reflects Adeyemo’s advocacy for a shift from an exclusive dependence on white-collar employment towards a culture of entrepreneurship, innovation and job creation.
Beyond students and young creatives, he has also extended his capacity-building programmes to personnel in both the public and private sectors, further demonstrating his commitment to professional development and human-capital growth.
In a further effort to contribute to the development of future leaders, Adeyemo recently introduced the Made in Nigeria (MIND), The Game Changer debating competition.

The initiative is designed to provide young children with opportunities to develop public-speaking abilities, critical-thinking skills, confidence and leadership qualities.
The debating platform is expected to encourage participants to research issues, articulate their positions, engage constructively with opposing views and develop communication skills that can serve them in their academic and professional careers.
For Adeyemo, the initiative represents another dimension of his broader commitment to investing in young Nigerians and creating platforms where talents can be identified, nurtured and given the opportunity to thrive.
His career trajectory has therefore cut across journalism, film production, media entrepreneurship, creative education and youth development, with his various initiatives focused on creating opportunities for individuals and strengthening Nigeria’s creative ecosystem.
As he marks another year, colleagues, associates and beneficiaries of his initiatives have continued to acknowledge his contributions to the media and creative industries, as well as his efforts towards empowering young people.
The management and staff of Ideabox Worldwide and Inside Africa Network described his birthday as an opportunity to celebrate not only his personal milestone but also the vision, resilience and commitment that have characterised his professional journey.
They expressed appreciation for his leadership and continued efforts to create platforms through which young Nigerians can acquire skills, discover opportunities and contribute meaningfully to national development.
As Nigeria continues to explore the potential of its creative economy as a source of employment, entrepreneurship and economic growth, Adeyemo’s initiatives underscore the importance of investing in skills, innovation and the next generation of creative professionals.
On his special day, family, friends, colleagues and well-wishers celebrate Adeolu Adeyemo for his contributions to journalism, Nollywood, media entrepreneurship and youth development, while wishing him many more years of good health, greater accomplishments and increased impact.
Happy birthday to Mr. Adeolu Adeyemo, a creative entrepreneur and advocate for the empowerment of the next generation.
